Air Tiger Express (USA), Inc. USA Operating Unit, is seeking talented and experienced salesperson to develop international air, sea, and Customs Brokerage services in Chicago / Midwest cities, New York / New Jersey, East Coast cities & other area that currently ATE/USA offices do not cover.
The ideal candidate should be able to identify market opportunities; focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting specific customer problems and market knowledge/experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
Responsibilities:
- Meets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of services within identified commodity or geography.
- Actively solicit new business in the designated area through external sales visits
- Prepare quotations, conduct presentations in accordance with Company guidelines, as required
- Maintain relationships with operational management and staff to ensure ongoing customer service and support
- Communicate business plan as required to the Sales Manager
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill clients' needs
- Respond to inquiries and service issues as required by clients and operational staff
